- 2 pcs Kawan Paratha
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
- Remove paratha from freezer. Discard the plastic films and leave to thaw.
- Cut paratha into 1 cm strips.
- Twist each strip and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll them on sesame and sea-salt mix.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
